**The Role**
Based at our Eastwood office, the Experience and Engagement Advisor will support several Sarah businesses and provide internal communications, staff engagement culture and capability advice, project planning and delivery for key initiatives. The role would suit someone who has had previous internal communications experience and exposure to organisation development and change management work/methodologies. Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Design, development, and maintenance of an internal communications framework including content and features to support Sarah businesses.
- Providing quality communications advice and support to leaders, ensuring consistency and an integrated communications approach
- Management and implementation of key staff engagement, culture, capability, and employee experience initiatives
- Development of reporting requirements and analysis to provide insights, trends and performance data to support culture and capability programs.
- Development of processes and information to ensure Change Management is efficiently and effectively delivered into Sarah businesses.
**About you**
You're a 'hands on' doer that can make things happen. Reliable, hard-working, and flexible in your approach you will also possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing multiple priorities
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and discretion
- A qualification in communications, or Organisation Development/Change Management/HR discipline (or similar) or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies (eg PROSCI) and current Organisational Development practices
- Proactive problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of programs
This position will be based primarily out our Eastwood office however on occasion you will be required to travel to our other 2 offices in Hindmarsh and Mile End.
