Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Reconciliation of daily general and subsidiary bank accounts Maintain, monitor, and create residential fees for clients Maintenance of all aspects of invoicing, creditors, Property Assist in month-end procedures, including adjusting journals and general ledger reconciliations are undertaken accurately Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports – BAS, Super etc. Assist in the preparation of operational and capital budget Assist in annual budget and forecasts Assist with compliance of all financial statutory and government policy requirements for the organisation and conduct all activities with a high level of ethical standards. To be successful in your application, you will be CA/CPA Qualified, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position. You will have strong working knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulations, with excellent analytical skills and strong communication.
