Role Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on healthcare analytics.
* Expertise in predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
* Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Power BI.
* Deep understanding of hospital performance metrics and financial optimisation.
* Strong communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
* Strategic mindset, emotional maturity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
