With sales roles as unique as the equipment we carry, our teams range from Business Development to Account Management, After Sales, Product Management, Technical Sales, Equipment Sales, Tender Officers, Sales Managers and Sales Support, in National, State and local territories.

Coming from a variety of backgrounds including trades, services, government, defence, fleet management and technical, Tutt Bryant sales professionals are provided with extensive training from local and international product specialists, supported with internal marketing, product managers and additional resources.

Tutt Bryant Equipment is seeking an experienced After-Sales Parts Representative to support our Crushing & Screening customers across Queensland or New South Wales. This role plays a critical part in adding value to customer operations, improving equipment uptime, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.

About the Role
* Support customers with spare and wear parts solutions for crushing & screening equipment
* Proactivelyb>add value to customer operations by improving parts availability, responsiveness and aftermarket support
* Build strong, trusted relationships with quarry and contractor customers
* Manage customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and ongoing account support
* Work closely with other teams
* Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, efficiency and reliability
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely reporting
* Assist with the broader after-sales support activities as required
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in parts interpretation, and/or industrial aftermarket roles
* Strong customer engagement, communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercial awareness with a solutions-focused mindset
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confidence using CRM systems and MS Office
* A proactive, accountable and team-oriented approach

Experience in crushing & screening, quarrying, mining, or OEM aftermarket environments will be highly regarded.

* Remote/flexible work arrangements supported
* Regular customer visits and collaboration with branch teams requiredCompany vehicle provided to support customer-facing activity
