About the role
This newly created role is accountable for setting and executingan integrated procurement and fleet operating model that deliverssustainable value, commercial assurance, and operationalresilience. Embedding best practice category and contractmanagement, as well as optimising current systems including dataanalytics for decision making.

With in depth experience incategory management practice, providing leadership and embeddinginnovations within your own team and organisation wide you'llbe looking to further apply your leadership and change managementexperience in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Importantly aswe are a values-based organisation your success will be coupledwith the ability to genuinely engage others and coach yourteam's empowerment, culture and capability.Your keyexperience will include:
* Tertiary Degree in a relevant specialisation stronglydesired
* Extensive successful experience in designing and embeddingcategory management frameworks including managing categoriesacross diverse service environments
* Demonstrated experience in establishing and governing endto end contract management frameworks
* Prior experience in services industry such as health orsimilar
* successfully leading and developing a diverse team,coaching for performance and driving an engaged collaborativeculture
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing andnegotiation skills
* A love and passion of continuous improvements acrosspractice, systems and process including change management
* Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent and competingpriorities effectively, while maintaining best practice andclient service standards
* Driver's Licence
* Satisfactory National Police Clearance (issued within thelast six months)
