Multiple permanent opportunities available across Ripley Specialised Inpatient Services and Ipswich Hospital
About You
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
* Contemporary clinical knowledge and rehabilitation and medical nursing experience or a passion to learn and work with acute rehabilitation and stroke patient groups / rehabilitation and medical patient groups
* Consistent delivery of a high level of services to patients, parents, caregivers and families, demonstrating rapport building skills, listening skills and empathy
* Willing to take instructions and guidance from other team members and a willingness to help and support others to contribute to the successful functioning of the team
* High level of communication skills and ability to escalate issues to a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
* Knowledge of and a demonstrated commitment to quality processes and evidence based practices
Mandatory Requirements
* Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
