You are responsible for supporting key business applications, diagnosing and resolving issues, engaging with stakeholders, and implementing improvements that align with organisational goals.
This position will have 5-10 direct reports.Your ResponsibilitiesFacilitate workshops and brainstorming sessionsSupport the creation of business cases by clearly articulating the scope and requirements.Lead interactions with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns and the environment that they operate in using appropriate tools / techniquesDesign high-level solutions that align with business strategy, leveraging both technology and process enhancementsSupport testing activities such as defect analysis, provide support to change management & training and/or implementation teams to ensure the delivery of the overall business and technology solutions meet desired business outcomes.Your Capability and ExperienceProven expertise in technology roles and financial services, bringing a wealth of knowledge and innovation to the table.Extensive experience in the Wealth Management, working with WRAP PlatformsA track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge technology features across multiple platforms.Exceptional analytical abilities, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills that drive efficiency and excellence.A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve with the latest technologies and trends in financial platforms.What to ExpectAt CFS, you'll be working among the very best in the wealth management industry.
