**The Role**
- Key accountabilities of the role include the following:
- Perform product matching for BIG W. Maintain and improve BIG W price competitiveness database
- Responsible for the reporting of BIG W Price competitiveness vs key competitors whilst maintaining the integrity and accuracy of pricing database on weekly basis
- Actively engage with all teams to drive compliance to promotional critical path
- Assist in correct set-up & execution of promotional events in the system
- Develop a close working relationships with BIG W Commercial teams to become a trusted partner on Pricing & Promotions across all channels
- Run appropriate deep-dive data analyses to support pricing & promotional decisions to enhance customer experience across all channels
- Develop disciplined ways of working across the Big W teams by continuously improving and bringing insights to life to guide decisions that are customer centric
**About You**
You are a curious individual who has an eye on the bigger picture. You have a love for numbers, analytics and are passionate about the retail market. Tertiary qualifications (or working towards) in Business, Finance and Analytics will position you well for success in this role.
**You will bring to the role the following knowledge & experience**:
- Database administration in SAP, PMR (preferred)
- Pricing / Retail experience is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Good organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Sound commercial and financial acumen
- Bachelor's degree
- Basic SQL knowledge
