Senior Project Manager
to lead the planning, delivery and commissioning of
major
engineering projects across SunPork's Queensland Operations.
Reporting to the
Group Engineer
, you will manage multiple high-value projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget and regulatory compliance.
Note: This role does require travel to and from our
regional QLD
sites as required. Including but not limited to, the more regional suburbs of the
Goondiwindi
and
Dalby
regions.

About the Role
This role will see you coordinating with diverse internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, applying your engineering expertise to deliver innovative and practical solutions without compromising production.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing strategic projects across multiple sites, from design to commissioning
* Overseeing timelines, budgets, and compliance with safety and industry standards
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
* Applying engineering knowledge to new builds and infrastructure upgrades
* Reporting progress to executive leadership and adapting plans as needed
About You
We're looking for a highly skilled project leader with a passion for engineering excellence and the agricultural industry.
Our ideal candidate will have the below:
* Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in Engineering plus a certified Project Management qualification
* 10+ years' experience managing engineering/construction projects valued
* Strong background in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously
* Demonstrated initiative, strong communication skills, and exceptional time management
* Experience in the agricultural sector (desirable)
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across QLD sites
