Bioplastics Manufacturing Engineer Opportunity
A skilled and ambitious Graduate Mechanical Engineer is required to contribute to the development and manufacturing of cutting-edge bioplastics from renewable sources.

Key Responsibilities:
You'll be a key player in operations using exciting processes like extrusion (for sheets and resin) and thermoforming.
Assist with process design, optimization, and scale-up of essential manufacturing equipment like extruders and thermoformers.
Conduct small-scale lab experiments, test new material formulations, and analyze thermal, mechanical, or barrier properties.
Assist with mechanical design, including designing components, fixtures, tooling, or modifications to existing machinery.
Collect and analyze production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements.
Cross-functional teamwork is essential, collaborating with materials scientists, chemical/process engineers, and quality control experts.
Requirements:
A Mechanical Engineering degree or closely related discipline.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting test data and performance metrics.
An effective problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), or experience with manufacturing components is advantageous.
