We're partnering with a leading Melbourne design studio known for crafting high-end hotel and multi residential spaces across Australia and abroad. With a strong pipeline, the team is seeking an experienced
Senior Interior Designer
to take creative ownership, lead concept direction and guide project teams from early vision through to completion.
The Role
As a senior within the design team, you will play a key role in shaping interior concepts, materials, guest experience and spatial narrative across premium hotel environments. This is a hands-on position suited to someone confident leading design packages, presenting to clients and mentoring designers.
You Will Be Responsible For
* Leading concept development
* Producing high quality interior documentation with a design-led approach
* Managing large projects through concept, design development, delivery
* Client engagement, presentations, consultant coordination & FF&E direction
* Mentoring junior designers and contributing to overall studio culture
What You'll Bring
Minimum 6+ years' interior design experience
Demonstrated experience on hotel or multi residential projects
Proficiency in Revit & Adobe Suite (SketchUp/Enscape desirable)
Strong design sensibility, detailing knowledge and material understanding
Confident communicator with client-facing capability
Ability to lead project stages and manage internal workflow
