We are seeking a Business Development Manager to take ownership of sales and growth across medium and high voltage (MV/HV) distribution, transmission, and renewable energy projects.
This role combines business development, stakeholder engagement, and deal-closing – working with utilities, EPCs, contractors, and developers to deliver critical infrastructure.

The role
- Identify, develop, and convert current business opportunities across renewables, utilities, EPCs, and contractors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of tenders, bids, and strategic opportunities
- Lead negotiations and close deals, from early engagement through to contract execution
- Work with internal engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure client solutions are met
- Strengthen the company's brand and relationships with key stakeholders in the Australian market
About you
- Proven track record selling technical equipment or solutions into renewables or utility businesses in Australia
- Strong knowledge of medium voltage (MV) and high voltage (HV) infrastructure projects
- Established network across utilities, EPCs, developers, or contractors
- Hunter mentality – proactive, driven, and resilient, with the ability to open doors and generate new opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills – able to influence from project managers through to executives
- Strategic thinker who can also close deals and deliver results
