My client is a multi-franchise dealership, that is part of a larger network. They are seeking an administration superstar, with strong experience in deal processing and accounts. This role is located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
This role would suit an experienced Administration Assistant, who has strong experience with deal processing and accounts within a dealership environment.
Daily bank statement processing and reconciliation
- Daily banking
- Processing of delivered sales deals in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconciliations of accounts
- Vehicle debtors follow up
- Wholesale vehicle invoicing
- Receipting vehicle invoices
- Warranty payment processing
- General administrative duties as required
**Skills & Experience**
- Retail Automotive dealership experience (ideal)
- Auto IT Dealer Management System experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise urgent tasks
- Excellent communication and team player
- Full Australian working rights.
