Therapy and Care
As an Occupational Therapist with Darling Downs Health, you'll make a real difference in people's lives by delivering compassionate, evidence-based therapy in a diverse and rewarding environment.
You'll work closely with clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored occupational therapy that supports recovery and independence. This role offers a chance to grow professionally while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team within the Transition Care Program.
The Transition Care Program is based in Toowoomba and operates across the Darling Downs region. You'll join a supportive team helping clients regain independence and thrive after hospital care. Your daily tasks will vary, but each day brings purpose and connection as you contribute your expertise to holistic care planning and service improvements.
