Community Rehabilitation Specialist
This role provides an opportunity to make a positive impact in the community by supporting offenders through rehabilitation programs and services.
* Main Responsibilities:
* To administer assessments, analyse results, and record information accurately.
* Stay up-to-date with offender rehabilitation research practices, legislation, policy, and procedures to provide effective support.
* Participate in supervision team meetings and consultancy services with other unit members to ensure cohesive support.
* Deliver assessment, counselling, and welfare services, develop case plans, and reports to promote offender rehabilitation.
* Maintain accurate records for authorities, ensure confidentiality, and security of QCS property information.
* Liaise with external providers to optimize offender community integration and ensure highest community safety standards.
This position requires minimum requirements; however, the incumbent may undertake additional duties as required.
