Our client is a renowned professional services organisation currently experiencing significant growth following several recent mergers. You will be joining a small, close-knit People & Culture team based in Sydney, where collaboration, agility, and genuine partnership are at the heart of how they operate.
THE ROLE
As the HR Advisor, reporting to the Head of HR, you will operate as a true generalist with a strong focus on Employee Relations. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing guidance and advice to managers on best-practice ER and performance matters
* Supporting the rollout and ongoing development of L&D and CPD frameworks
* Assisting with remuneration review cycles and promotion processes
* Overseeing payroll inputs and checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Contributing to culture and engagement initiatives as the organisation continues to evolve

THE CANDIDATE
We are seeking an HR professional with experience in legal, wealth management, or similar professional services environments. You will bring solid ER exposure, strong resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business. With excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to work with a variety of stakeholders, you'll take initiative, problem-solve independently, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
