Specialist, Human Resources Business Partnering
Join AngloGold Ashanti Australia as a Specialist, Human Resources Business Partnering at Tropicana Gold Mine. Reporting to the Superintendent HR Business Partnering, this role collaborates with employees and leaders to deliver impactful people initiatives aligned with business strategy.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate, driven HR Business Partner to lead people initiatives on an operational mining site. This is a true generalist position offering autonomy within a collaborative team. FIFO work patterns include 4 days on/3 days off, allowing more time at home.
Accountabilities
Provide accurate and timely people-management advice and support for leaders to ensure compliance with company, legislative, and statutory requirements.
Coach and partner with leaders in performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution.
Engage with key stakeholders to promote initiatives that enhance attraction and retention.
Partner with the Site Management Team on delivering key HR initiatives.
Support People & Capability initiatives across the site, including diversity, inclusion, and health and wellbeing.
About You
Several years of experience in an operations-based HR generalist/advisor role.
Generalist experience in all HR areas: industrial relations, organisational development, training & development, remuneration & benefits, staffing (recruitment, selection, placement).
Experience within the mining or related industry is advantageous.
Relevant degree or qualification in HR or related discipline.
Permanent work rights in Australia.
Current C-class Manual Driver's Licence.
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
