We have an opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join the Toowoomba team on a permanent basis. As an experienced professional, you will work across a wide range of projects from low to mid rise residential developments, through to commercial facilities amongst others.
Key capabilities and requirements include:
* 8+ years experience in a similar role
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
* Relevant on-site practical experience in pricing commercial projects is desirable
* Intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Office, estimating software, specifically CostX or similar
* Highly developed organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
* Experience in managing customer relationships including developing and maintaining
* Experience in subcontractor bills and negotiations would be advantageous.
