Job Overview
We're establishing a pool of School Officers for permanent, fixed‐term, full‐time and part‐time vacancies during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time.
Role
School Officers support a range of administrative functions across the school: front‐desk reception, managing student enrolment and attendance data, generating absenteeism reports, supporting Student Services daily functions, aiding communication processes, and performing general administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate student enrolment and attendance data.
* Generate absenteeism reports.
* Support Student Services daily functions.
* Assist with communication processes.
* Perform general administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
* Friendly, positive, caring with a strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience with Department of Education systems such as Compass, RM Billing, SOBS, Reporting to Parents, HRMIS, and RM Finance (highly regarded but not essential for all roles).
Eligibility
* Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa with relevant work rights.
* Valid Working With Children Check before starting.
* Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number before starting.
