Customer Service & Logistics Planner (Allocator) | Brisbane
The role:
We are looking for reliable and conscientious individuals with a passion for customer service who are eager to learn and develop into logistics allocators, as part of our friendly Customer Service Centre team located in Brisbane. We value our people, their growth, and contributions to our success.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your team will deliver high levels of customer service and logistics expertise. You will focus on providing remarkable customer service and achieving great results to ensure smooth planning for our customers.
Work environment:
Our modern office at Skygate Precinct - Brisbane Airport offers a vibrant, team-oriented environment with amenities like coffee machines, onsite parking, and end-of-trip facilities. We celebrate milestones with social events and promote health and wellbeing through various initiatives.
Role details:
* Shifts are typically 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, with flexibility to work between 4am-7pm as per operational needs, with notice.
* This is a full-time permanent role, including working 1 in 3 Saturdays.
* Salary: $64,900 - $66,500+ plus super, with quarterly bonuses to increase earning potential.

* No prior logistics or construction experience necessary; comprehensive training provided.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively to meet challenges.
* Resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure.
