Job Summary:

They will possess strong technical fluency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
* Manage ongoing relationships with key client accounts
* Develop project plans and conduct business reviews
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value and drive account growth globally
Technical Expertise:
* Strong technical knowledge of SaaS platforms and digital engagement
* Ability to troubleshoot with clients and provide effective solutions
