Group Description:
We are seeking an innovative and results‑driven AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting‑edge AI solutions, with a focus on Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, software engineering, and cloud‑based AI services. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and impactful AI solutions aligned with business objectives. In addition, you will be comfortable leading project teams and supporting solution architecture and sales activities. We would expect 5‑7 years professional experience.
Project Description
- Design and develop AI models, focusing on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Fine‑tune pre‑trained models for specific use cases.
- Build scalable pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance deployed AI solutions for optimal performance.
- Lead delivery teams and streams of work.
Key Skills
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deep learning techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with API integration.
- Hands‑on experience with LLM fine‑tuning and Generative AI tools.
- Strong knowledge of cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI).
- Excellent problem‑ving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Comfortable working with senior client stakeholders across business and IT domains.
