The Role
We're seeking a Reliability Engineer to support maintenance strategy development and reliability improvement across mining assets.
This role sits within asset management and focuses on analysing equipment performance, failure history and operating data to develop and optimise maintenance strategies.
You'll be working across both fixed plant and mobile equipment, using tools like SAP and Isograph to build risk-based, data-driven maintenance approaches.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing and optimising maintenance strategies using site data
* Analysing failure history, downtime and maintenance performance
* Applying RCM, FMECA and statistical analysis techniquesSupporting bad actor and repeat failure analysis
* Working with condition monitoring data such as vibration and oil analysis
* Translating data into practical, risk based maintenance recommendations
* Working closely with planners, engineers and operations teams
What You'll Bring
* Experience in reliability engineering or maintenance strategy development
* Strong understanding of RCM / FMECA methodologies
* Experience analysing maintenance and operational data
* Exposure to SAP or similar CMMS systems
* Ability to translate data into practical site outcomesEngineering or related technical qualification preferred
* Must have the right to work in Australia
