About The Role
Due to internal movement, ARRCS is currently sourcing a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to support the team and residents at Terrace Gardens Aged Care Facility in Palmerston. The facility houses 88 beds. This is a permanent part-time role with a specific roster of 21:30 - 06:45 on a rotating schedule:
- Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday
The hourly rate is $44.20 - $46.43 gross, depending on skills and experience, plus salary packaging options. The role involves providing clinical care with compassion, supporting junior staff, and ensuring quality resident care.
Skills And Experience
* Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
* Full rights to work in Australia
* Ability to liaise effectively with care teams
* Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices
* Understanding of resident-centered care
* Experience working in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams
* Effective communication skills and intermediate computer skills
