Reporting into the Customer Delivery Team Leader - Safety, the new Customer Service Representative will be based at our Notting Hill head office, enjoy flexibility, and have the option of hybrid working. You will play a key role in handling a range of customer support tasks, whilst also assisting the various support teams during times of leave and high workload. Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Respond to phone calls and support internal and external customers with enquiries; Process customer purchase orders in SAP and as required, clarify pricing and availability; Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide intermediate level assistance to customers; Curate a weekly open order report to ensure all orders are correct and no issues will influence delays; Produce manual despatch sales orders for sending non-inventory items with customs invoice if required; Handle customer invoices and upload through their nominated portals; Review inbound customer enquiries, draft appropriate quotes, and follow up feedback; Create feedback in our credits, returns, and free orders as issues arise, and proceed once approved; Collaborate with the sales teams to provide optimal customer outcomes; Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and; Always ensure a safety-first approach. The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following attributes: 2 years’ experience in a customer service support role; Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Proficiency with SAP and CRM applications (highly desirable); Well versed with facilitating customer need and satisfy them; Understanding of corporate standards in relation to customer service; Comfortable working well both in an autonomous and team setting; Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn; Exemplary understanding of compliance rules and ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards, and; Excellent attention to detail and analytical, task management, organisational, interpersonal, and verbal / written communication skills.
