A senior culinary professional is required to lead a high-performance kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
 * Develop and execute diverse menus for various dining environments.
 * Manage food preparation and cooking for high-volume services and large events.
 * Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes from preparation to final service.
 * Coordinate daily operations and workflow in a large, multi-section kitchen to ensure efficiency during service.
 * Train staff and apprentices on recipes and presentation standards.
 * Implement health, safety, and food hygiene regulations throughout the kitchen.
 * Evaluate food requirements and manage stock levels for all dining outlets.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 2 years' experience as a chef.
 * Diploma degree in a related field.
 * Strong leadership skills.
 * Familiarity with classic and modern food trends.
 * Experience in banquet/catering.
