Position: Part-time/ 2 days a week (6-month contract to start) - base salary $30,000 pro rata + commission (OTE over $100,000)

We are a new business starting in aluminium extrusions and profile imports. We work with our global business partners in Indonesia as leaders in the aluminium industry, specialising in innovative and high-quality aluminium products.

What We’re Looking For
As part of our recent commercial aluminium (design and construct) importing business, we are looking for a highly driven and dynamic sales professional/ business developer who can work confidently in the building and construction industry to help our business grow and identify new opportunities in the market.
Our ideal person will be able to use initiative to research the market, identify key organisations to present their sales pitch and be an excellent closer. You will have working knowledge and understanding of sales targets and opportunity channels. This role would suit someone who is a natural communicator, comfortable cold calling and reaching out to key industry networks but also someone who enjoys the social side of developing great ongoing business relationships.
As part of this position, there will be set KPIs and minimum order expectations, however the strategy and planning around how you will achieve the KPIs would be down to your own work planning and will be mostly autonomous work. So, we need someone who is reliable, trustworthy and capable of with working independently to achieve their goals. You will be supported and guided on the specifics of the role and the product to achieve sales targets within the commercial glass and aluminium sector.
