Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and recommendations
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews to ensure accurate financial planning
* Analyse and present data to support informed business decisions
* Develop and review business cases for key initiatives and projects to ensure alignment with organisational objectives
* Promote process improvements and contribute to large-scale transformation programs
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 5 years of experience as a business partner, preferably in FMCG, retail, or pharmaceutical sectors
* Extensive background in management accounting, performance management, reporting, business planning, and budgeting
* Advanced Excel proficiency and extensive experience in financial modelling with large datasets; familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools
* Ability to navigate complexity and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated success in developing effective partnerships between support and business functions
