About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being the first point of contact for your community?
We are looking for a dedicated 3 Customer Service Officers to join our team and provide efficient, courteous and professional support across reception, cashiering and administration.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You’ll play a vital part in assisting community members, supporting council activities and projects and working closely with a supportive team.
There are 3 part-time positions available, one 60 hours per fortnight position and two 30 hour per fortnight positions.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
Office experiences including cash handling, data input and customer service
confidence in using Microsoft Office software

The position level will be dependent on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
