Exciting Career Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our Project Construction Team for the Darwin Ship Lift Facility project. This role will be based in Darwin, Monday to Friday.
Clough Group, in a joint venture with BMD, has been awarded by the Northern Territory Government to deliver Engineering, Procurement and Construction services for the development of the Darwin Ship Lift facility.

About You
You are courageous, innovative, passionate, creative and results-driven.
Your focus will include:
1. Developing and managing the Investment Plan for the Construction site's Plant & Machinery fleet.
2. Supporting the Project in developing strategies to optimize costs and maximize availability.
3. Ensuring the availability of the Construction site's Plant & Machinery fleet.
4. Maintaining that the Construction site's Plant & Machinery works effectively.
Your Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience in Civil or Oil & Gas construction sites.
* Experience working on large-scale construction projects or other suitable projects.
* Basic use of Microsoft Office Suite, data and file recording.
* Managing relationships, people management, safety, community and environmental management.
* Quality management and planning & resourcing.
