* Manage your designated kitchen area to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery, and step in to support other areas as needed.

* Health & Safety Compliance:
Rigorously follow local health, safety, and compliance regulations, demonstrating a solid understanding of HACCP management.Prepare food orders and menu items with precision, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.Embrace a variety of kitchen tasks—from dishwashing to crafting exquisite dishes—while maintaining a high standard of quality.Foster a harmonious working environment by promoting open communication and collaboration between the kitchen brigade and the front-of-house team.Skills & Experience
