* Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a caring individual who can support our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life. As a Lifestyle Support Professional, you will be committed to providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Your Role
You will be responsible for assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and administering medication. You will also provide domestic assistance, including meal preparation and light household cleaning. Additionally, you may be required to provide transportation to medical appointments and community activities, as well as offer companionship and social support.
* Personal Care: showering, dressing, medication, continence care
* Domestic assistance: meal preparation, laundry, light household cleaning
* Social Support/Transportation: travelling to medical appointments, community access, providing companionship

* Current driver's licence and insured vehicle - travel is a part of the role
* Completed Certificate III in Aged, Community or Disability or willingness to obtain
