Job Title: Bakery Manager
Job Description
As a bakery manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bakery department. You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members and the local community.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential. Direct/indirect leadership experience is also required as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
You must be able to maintain excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving a one-team culture that celebrates success and puts team members' health, safety and wellbeing first.
