. As a growing practice, we're looking for an
energetic and motivated Planner
to join our team for a fixed term of 12 months, with potential for extension.

What You'll Do
We are seeking a
Consultant Urban Planner
with
5-6 years of experience
to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing
* Prepare and manage statutory planning applications including REFs.
* Contribute to strategy planning and policy projects.
* Provide expert planning advice to clients across residential, renewables, freight/logistics and mixed-use developments.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders local and state government agencies.
* Collaborate closely with a small, supportive team.

About You
* Around
5 years' experience
in urban planning (statutory experience – essential, strategic experience - desirable, but not essential), with a strong understanding of government processes, planning legislation, and development approvals.
* Tertiary qualifications
in urban/town planning or related field.
* Strong written and verbal
communication skills
including the ability to communicate complex planning issues clearly and concisely, both in writing and in meetings.
* Motivated, adaptable, and
keen to contribute
to a growing team.
* A proactive,
solutions-oriented mindset
and the ambition to grow both personally and professionally.
