About This Role
The Constance Hotel is a unique boutique hotel located in Brisbane, offering a distinctly Brisbane vibe.
As Guest Services Manager, you will be the ambassador for our boutique brand. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences at every part of the journey, including reservations, arrivals, departures and throughout their stay.
* Deliver exceptional service and help guests with their needs
* Make recommendations on the hotel and local area
* Respond to guest feedback, concerns or complaints from guests appropriately and follow up/report as required
Key Responsibilities:
* Front Office duties
* Drive and implement guest experiences throughout the hotel
* Analyze and resolve issues
* Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
About You
* Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of Front Office operations is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
* Possesses a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
