About the Role
As an experienced Property Manager, you'll manage a residential portfolio end-to-end with strong internal support and a team structure designed to help you focus on what matters most: service, relationships and proactive management.
You'll be responsible for:
* Day-to-day portfolio management
* Clear landlord and tenant communication with consistent follow-up
* Routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing processes
* Maintenance coordination with trusted trades
* Arrears management and lease renewals/rent reviews
* Compliance with NSW tenancy legislation and best practice
* NCAT preparation where required (with support)

About You
You're proactive, organised and calm under pressure. You communicate clearly, you enjoy building rapport with people, and you take pride in protecting your landlords' investments while treating tenants with fairness and respect.
You'll ideally have:
* 2+ years portfolio management experience
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence (Real Estate)
* Current Driver's Licence
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good working knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation
* A team-first attitude and genuine pride in your work
