We are recruiting for an additional Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and work out of our fabulous Port of Brisbane site.
What your day can look like:
- Manage the daily activities of the warehouse ensuring high levels of productivity and accuracy
- Daily operational planning of import and export, Biosecurity shipments and meeting business KPI’s.
- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources to achieve agreed objectives and targets
- Direct, monitor and manage the activities of coordinators/team leaders in the management functions to extend individual skills and achieve overall objectives
- Liaise with clients and other departments to ensure deliveries schedules meet set deadlines
What you can bring to us:
- Must be able to work under pressure, use initiative and multitask to ensure client satisfaction is met.
- Experience working in a CFS /3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
- Proven performance management and solid leadership experience
- Highly experienced in building and maintaining Customer Relationships
- Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System.
