This is a key frontline role within our Service Department. You will be the vital link between our customers and workshop team — ensuring repairs are managed efficiently, communication is clear, and every customer experience reflects the strength of our globally recognised truck brands.

Your Role
As a Service Advisor, you will:
* Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop
* Schedule service and repair bookings
* Prepare job cards and detailed repair estimates
* Communicate repair progress and timelines to customers
* Coordinate workflow with technicians to maximise efficiency
* Ensure accurate invoicing and warranty processing
* Drive labour sales and meet KPI targets
* Deliver a 5-star customer experience
* Promote a strong safety and compliance culture

Who We Are Looking For
You may currently be a:
* Service Advisor
* Warranty Administrator
* Workshop Controller
* Automotive or heavy equipment customer service professional
You will demonstrate:
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
* Commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Confidence dealing with customers and technicians
* Commitment to high service standards
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
Truck or heavy vehicle experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
