Plan and implement programs that support the individuality of each child and plan for their long and short-term needs. You'll maintain developmental reports of each child and use these to create fun and interactive programs to enhance their education and learning. Our centres have large outdoor spaces fit with nature playgrounds, along with thoughtfully created indoor spaces to foster imaginative play. Our play-based approach along with child-led learning encourages a child's individual interests to shine through. About you You'll have a passion for being a part of children's growth and development and supporting them to be their authentic selves. You'll have the ability to work in a team to create a positive and friendly workplace where children can thrive.
