About the role

Live Well Health Clubs is on the search for a passionate and highly motivated Membership Consultant that can use their passion for health and fitness to promote the growth and culture of our club in Eastern Creek. Must be available to work Weekends.

You will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the club to deliver on all key production areas through effective management & development of the club team.

You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current members to ensure they are maximizing their LIVE WELL EXPERIENCE!

You will also be responsible for:

- Pro-actively seek new membership sales and focusing on membership retention
- Prospect calling, retention calling, lead generation, external activations and follow-up in your sales strategy.
- Successfully achieving sales targets
- Social Media Management
- Marketing Management to drive membership growth and community.
- Maintaining cleaning standards of the health club
- Recruiting, training and coaching your team
- Management of personal trainers and group fitness
- Management of Child-minding Services
- Overseeing Martial Arts department
- WH&S; of the club
- Management and operation of Juice Bar
- Management and operation of the Recovery Centre
- Collaborating with your team to achieve individual/team sales targets
- Handling all inquiries with the highest service standard.

Skills and experience

- Ability to crush sales goals for yourself and with your team
- Minimum 2 years of management experience working in fitness or retail environment
- Ability to cultivate a unique experience for every individual
- Strong communication and administration skills
- Health and wellness passion
- Strong customer service ethos
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness (preferred, but not essential)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current Driver Licence required
- Flexibility to work varied hours according to business needs
- Ability to travel to multiple locations, if required.
