You will ensure completion of all daily operations associated with the Reception Desk and undertake a range of administration tasks in a professional and welcoming way aligned to The Star’s values and principles.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in representing The Star as the first point of contact and supporting senior leadership in timely responses to queries.A few of your responsibilities:Greet and respond to visitors with courtesy, respect and discretionRespond to all telephone calls in a prompt and courteous mannerServe as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal team membersForward property emails to relevant department for resolutionPerform other related and compatible duties as required, including purchase ordersProvide comprehensive administrative support inclusive of meeting scheduling, email management, screening of telephone calls, and other office dutiesWhat we are looking for:Previous administrative experienceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenWell-developed organisational skills & the ability to follow structured processes and proceduresCapability to prioritise and work autonomously, and demonstrate initiativeAdvanced computer literacy – comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word)About You:You are well-presented, confident and experienced in the range of administrative tasks associated with working on a reception desk. You pride yourself on your ability to stay on top of demands in a fast paced, dynamic environment and understand the importance of creating a memorable first impression.
