Position Description Reporting to the Finance Manager and senior leadership team, this role provides financial and administrative support across the organisation with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts and cashflow management Processing payment runs and managing recurring business payments Preparing journals, prepayments, and month-end reconciliations Managing supplier payments and supporting international transactions Monitoring foreign currency accounts and updating pricing information Reviewing financial data and investigating discrepancies Maintaining asset registers and financial records Assisting with management reporting, budgeting, and profit and loss reporting Preparing BAS and IAS documentation Supporting month-end and end-of-year financial processes Managing compliance documentation and business records Assisting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions as required Supporting inventory-related administration and reporting Contributing to process improvement initiatives and business projects Providing administrative support to the wider finance team and senior stakeholders Candidate Profile The successful applicant will have experience in a similar Finance Officer, Finance Administrator, Bookkeeper, or Accounts role, along with: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with bank reconciliations, journals, and month-end processes Understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment Benefits Full-time permanent opportunity Stable and growing business environment Diverse and varied role across finance and administration Exposure to senior leadership and key business functions Supportive team culture Opportunities for professional growth and development How to apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
