With a strong focus on delivering strategic and tactical solutions, you will provide expert guidance and contribute to planning activities, while operating with a high degree of autonomy and support from senior leadership.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Analyse detailed business requirements and create clear technical and functional solutions that meet organizational needs and deliver measurable benefits.Configure enterprise applications and develop comprehensive, clear documentation to ensure smooth and accurate implementation by development teams.Lead, mentor, and collaborate with developers and analysts to drive timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.Proactively identify system enhancement opportunities and lead continuous improvement efforts to optimise processes and capabilities.Provide dependable production support, including participation in on-call rotations, to ensure system reliability, performance, and swift issue resolution.Spark our Interest!Our hiring decisions are not only based on your experience and skills, but your passion, attitude and alignment to our core values.The successful candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.You will bring strong expertise in business systems development, system analysis, and solution design, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into effective technical outcomes.You are driven by a passion for creating impact through technology, bringing commercial insight, accountability, and project delivery experience to every challenge.
