Equipment Sales Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team as an Equipment Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional value.
* Meet or exceed territory sales targets by utilizing strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure contracts and tenders.
* Provide excellent customer service, including timely follow-up on leads and opportunities across the territory.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
* Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activity, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar industry (Earth Moving/Mining/Construction/Industrial)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiating skills
* Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
* Experience with submitting and executing on tenders
* Strong analytical skills and mechanical aptitude
* Self-driven and organized with a hunger to sell
* Strong commitment to safety, health, and environment procedures
