People and Culture Role
The People and Culture Advisor is an operational support role that works closely with senior managers to develop consistent and commercial people solutions across the retail network. The successful candidate will provide coaching and guidance to people leaders on performance development and talent management, drive culture and engagement initiatives, and maintain strong business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 3 years generalist HR experience, impressive relationship building skills, and a passion for coaching and mentoring.
The successful candidate will have adaptability, initiative, and great communication skills, as well as advanced PC skills and analytical mind.
