Within the Wealth Product and Technology business of our Banking and Financial Services Division, an exciting role currently exists for an experienced and driven professional Product Manager to be part of our Institutional Partner Management team.
Joining our Wealth platforms business, you will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders from our institutional wrap partners, as well as to contribute to the strategic objective and development of some of our most successful Wealth products.

**As the Product Manager your primary responsibilities will be**:
- Managing the day-to-day activities with other Product Managers including (and not limited to) disclosure and collateral updates, preparation of statements and investment administration oversight.
- Prioritising and managing to a high standard the rapidly evolving regulation and compliance environment.
- Working with key stakeholders at each of our institutional partners and across the BFS ecosystem to support delivery of projects as well as supporting individual escalated matters as they arise.
- Developing an understanding of our institutional partners product and platform priorities and challenges, to facilitate an efficient and collaborative working environment.
- Working closely with a variety of stakeholders across distribution, service and operations, risk, marketing and legal to deliver business outcomes.
- Becoming one of the key Wealth Institutional Product SMEs across the Wealth eco-system, supporting teams such as Sales, Operations, Technology and Service with queries/escalations
**You will have**:
- A minimum of 5 years financial services experience.
- Excellent prioritisation, influencing and relationship management skills to agree on the priorities for the team and to manage to tight delivery timeframes.
- A high degree of initiative and self-motivation as part of a small team.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills along with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels and build a collaborative working relationship across the ecosystem.
- A strong risk management mindset.
- Experience in working with Agile development teams would be beneficial but not mandatory.
A commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and risk focus will be key to success in this role. Critical thinking, through to analytical and problem-solving skills, relationship management skills, along with excellent stakeholder management and a keen eye for detail is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders. You will be self-motivated and able to effectively manage deadlines, deal with a multitude of different tasks concurrently and prioritise appropriately.
