About The Opportunity
This is a high-volume, results-driven closing role focused on converting qualified renovation enquiries into signed contracts.
Reporting directly to the Director / Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and qualifying all incoming renovation enquiries
* Booking consultations and coordinating with Technical Sales Representatives
* Issuing quotations and proactively following up to close sales
* Managing 100–150 quoted leads per month
* Tracking conversions and working towards monthly revenue targets
About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced sales closer with:
* Proven experience in high-volume sales or closing roles
* Strong objection handling and rapport-building skills
* A confident, results-focused mindset
* Excellent organisation and CRM proficiency
* The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
