We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to take on the role of Mid-Market Account Executive.
This position involves generating new business and working closely with existing customers to identify opportunities for expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by executing a well-structured sales process from lead generation to close.
 * Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
 * Customer Understanding: Develop in-depth knowledge of our value proposition to effectively service all customers.
 * Account Development: Identify customer details, goals, and pain points, and align our value proposition to solve those issues and meet their objectives.
 * Objection Handling: Effectively address common objections through various communication channels.
 * Contribution to Team Success: Collaborate with the account team, including solutions consultants, SDRs, product managers, and sales leadership, to drive success in selling and expanding relationships.
 * Forecasting and CRM Management: Provide accurate sales forecasts to management and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM tool (Salesforce).
 * Business Expansion: Grow Mid-Market supplier customers by replacing competitive or manual trading partner connections with us and expand integrations with existing customers.
 * Lead Response and Expansion: Respond promptly to inbound leads and optimize potential expansion with each lead.
