Woods & Co. Recruitment has partnered with a growing Melbourne-based company that designs and builds custom Photo Booth installations for the hospitality and events industry. From pubs and clubs to restaurants and brand activations, their products bring creativity and functionality together, all manufactured right here in their local workshop.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Draftsperson / Detailer to join their team. This role is suited to a detail-oriented professional who enjoys turning concepts into accurate drawings and realistic renders for both production and client presentations.

What you'll be doing
* Producing detailed 2D and 3D drawings for custom joinery, fit-outs, and event installations
* Creating realistic renders for client presentations and approvals
* Developing fabrication-ready shop drawings and installation documentation
* Applying materials, textures, and lighting to visualisations
* Collaborating with production and project management teams to ensure design feasibility
* Updating drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and production requirements
What we're looking for
* Experience using AutoCAD (3D experience highly regarded)
* Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and realistic renders
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organisational ability
* Understanding of materials, dimensions, and construction/fabrication processes
* Creative mindset with an eye for functional and visually appealing design
* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment
