Overview Associate Director - Supply Chain Systems at Optus, you will play a key role in completing and delivering our ambitious supply chain strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Leadership and Management team of Supply Chain and Group Procurement to guarantee the seamless integration of systems and processes. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Leadership and Management team of Supply Chain and Group Procurement to guarantee the seamless integration of systems and processes.
Devise strategic plans, deliver executive presentations, and implement change to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications Demonstrated experience in SAP HANA and SAP IBP core functionalities related to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics.
Experience with Ivalua and/or Ariba is highly desirable.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in an executive management position.
Demonstrated track record of transforming end-to-end supply chain and procurement technologies within major corporations.
Strong commercial background with an understanding of IT solution cost components.
Skilled in handling numerous business partners and vendors.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor, develop, and encourage a team.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture, IT governance, and disaster recovery management.
Advanced qualifications from an internationally recognized institution.
